Terms of Service

1.Acceptance and Scope

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including loan applications, identity verification, account management, repayment tracking, and any other features we may provide.

Your continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms will be treated as acceptance of the revised version.

2.Definitions

“Loan”

means any personal credit facility that may be offered to you by the Company.

“Application”

means the mobile application operated by the Company.

“Personal Data”

means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

3.Nature of the Services

The Platform allows eligible users to:

• Submit applications for personal loans
• Complete digital identity verification
• Receive loan offers (subject to approval)
• View disbursement status and manage repayment schedules
• Access account information and support features

All decisions on whether to approve a loan, the amount, tenure, interest rate, and other terms are made solely by the Company. Use of the Platform does not guarantee any loan approval.

4.Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide true, accurate, and complete information
• Not be prohibited from receiving credit under applicable rules

We may request additional information or documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to meet or maintain these requirements may result in denial of service or termination of access.

5.Account Registration and Security

When creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials, OTPs, and authentication details confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security concern
• Update your details promptly whenever they change

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. The Company is not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your account.

6.Loan Application and Assessment

The Platform enables you to submit loan applications and provide information needed for assessment.

Approval of any loan is subject to the Company’s internal credit and risk evaluation, identity verification, and internal policies. The Company reserves the right to accept, reject, or modify any application without obligation to provide reasons. If approved, disbursement will follow the terms shown to you at the time of acceptance.

7.Interest, Fees and Repayment

All interest rates, service fees, and other charges will be clearly displayed in the loan offer before you accept it.

You are responsible for:

• Repaying principal, interest, and any other amounts on the scheduled due dates
• Ensuring sufficient funds are available for repayments
• Bearing the consequences of late or missed payments, including additional charges and possible credit impact

Detailed terms on interest, fees, and repayment form part of the individual loan agreement presented at the time of offer acceptance.

8.Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Platform or introduce harmful code
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and further action as appropriate.

9.Personal Data

We collect and process your Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you acknowledge the practices described in that policy, including the purposes of providing services, conducting assessments, meeting operational needs, and improving the Platform.

10.Device Permissions

The Application may request access to certain device features (such as camera, location, storage, or contacts) only to enable specific functions, for example identity verification or document upload. Access is requested only with your consent. You may withdraw permissions at any time through your device settings; doing so may limit certain features.

11.Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other materials on the Platform belong to BARODA FINOVISE PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

12.Service Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may at any time, without prior notice:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Platform
• Carry out maintenance or upgrades
• Restrict access for operational or security reasons

We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from such actions.

13.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on the Platform and will take effect upon posting or on a later date specified. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14.General

• If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable loan agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company on this subject.
• Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
